If you want to cancel or amend your order you must contact us as soon as possible. A repocessing fee will be charge for all Cancel and Amends to Made to Order Items.

Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown in our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to dispatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. The shipping and delivery charges applied are those indicated on the Site at the time of the order.

Retracting an Order:
Following Article L-121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to cancel the order and return the products.
This period runs from the day the goods are received. In case of a return, the Buyer needs to contact the seller to receive further instructions. Some fees may apply. Items must be returned labeled, in their original condition. They must be in their original packaging to the extent possible or in customer-selected packaging so that items are protected and maintained in their receiving condition.
It will be up to the customer to keep any proof of return, which supposes that the items are returned by registered or followed mail or by any other means giving a certain date to this sending. The return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. In case of loss of the return package, the Seller cannot be considered as responsible and will suspend the refund until the complete return of the goods.
The Buyer is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the specifications of the Buyer such as products made to measure.
